Working with Pets Corner on the relaunch of their GreenAcres range allowed us to help them transition to recyclable PE/PE packaging. Law Print had already supplied successfully the mono material solution to their other retail brands.

GreenAcres is made using only 100% natural ingredients, so naturally, they wanted to move towards a more sustainable pack format, that would also give them the required barrier properties and the great on-shelf appeal that the brand wants.

Not only did we provide them with high-quality printed bags, in a vibrant colour scheme and a soft touch finish, but we also helped Pets Corner reach its sustainability goals without compromising the look of the range.

The GreenAcres simple recipes use a blend of delicious meat, botanicals, a healthy dose of salmon oil and immune-boosting antioxidants.

Their foods never contain known allergens such as eggs, dairy, wheat, soy, beef, artificial ingredients or preservatives. This makes their whole range hypoallergenic and our kibble really, truly natural.

To complement the brand, we created all the different bag variants in 2 bag formats – Flat Bottom bags with a resealable zipper for the 2Kg weight and Quad Seal bags for the larger 6Kg & 12Kg sizes, which suits the pet food market requirements perfectly.

All the bags are supplied in our Ready2Recycle mono material range to meet the expectations of the GreenAcres customers, who are passionate about recycling and sustainability. The finished packaging still has a premium look and feel, further reflecting the quality of the product contents.

To guarantee the freshness of the product, we added a specially developed “low sealing” reseal zipper, suitable for PE film packaging, to help preserve the pet food long after it’s been opened. This gives GreenAcres an added edge over competitors’ products as the closure provides the convenience feature that consumers seek for a fully recyclable packaging solution.
