Having joined the company in January 2007, Carole has largely contributed to the growth of the business, first overseeing all Sales & Marketing activities to now being the Managing Director of Law Print Pack.
Sales & Marketing Team
Gavin joined us in September 2022, having come from a design and printing background. He is managing large established accounts, as well as over-viewing the whole Sales function, ensuring that internal processes are followed and improved.
Since joining Law Print in January 2022, Andrea has taken over the management of some key accounts and has become our first Business Development Manager, looking into new opportunities for existing and potential sectors. As an Italian native and Spanish speaker, he is also focusing on our international activity growth.
Sarah joined us in July 2020 with broad experience in social media, graphic design and photography. She oversees and maintains our social presence and website by producing and posting regular content and updates. We like her creativity and skills to develop fantastic visuals.
Sales Support & Admin Team
Having joined as a Sales Support Co-ordinator in February 2017, Jen assists the sales team on key accounts and liaises with all customers to provide daily updates on their projects. With strong organisational skills, she ensures that we offer our existing and new customers a continuous high level of service at all times.
Hayley joined us in October 2022 and provides support to the whole team, mainly helping with Sales Support but also providing a link between our Finance, Logistics and Quality functions.
James has joined the Law Print team this January as our new internal company accountant. His role as Office Accountant means that we have brought this function in-house to support the Finance Department. This will allow us to ensure full control of the accounting requirements we have as a growing business.
Supply Chain Team
After introducing the buying function to the company structure in September 2015, Samantha joined the team in January 2020 as our new Purchasing Manager to look after all our procurement requirements from liaising and improving efficiency with our suppliers to offering further competitiveness to our customers. From a rigid packaging background, Sam has brought new skills to the role and a fresh outlook on our supply chain.

Back from her travels, Sarah re-joined the Law Print team in May 2017 as our Logistics Co-ordinator. She is now our Supply Chain Manager and ensures that all our customers’ orders are delivered smoothly and on time in the UK or overseas. Sarah not only brings her previous knowledge of this busy fast-paced role but also her experience of the world through travelling.
In March, Rory joined the team to support the Supply Chain function and ensure maternity cover for Sarah. Whilst taking on the role of logistics co-ordinator fully for the forthcoming months, he will also gradually provide back office support to our Purchasing Manager, liaising with both suppliers and sales team.
Having joined the team in November 2020, Paul took over the QA role just on time to renew our BRC accreditation. From a printing background managing a busy factory and having moved over from South Africa, he will ensure all quality-related activities by liaising with the factories overseas and answering queries from customers globally.
Dora is our full-time office companion. She likes to check on staff throughout the day, offering snuggles and belly rubs to keep morale high. During her well-earned breaks, she enjoys chewing on treats and long lunchtime walks.
