Having joined the company in January 2007, Carole has an extensive knowledge of the printing and packaging industry. First overseeing all Sales & Marketing activities, she has largely contributed to the growth of the business over the last 17 years and became the Managing Director of Law Print in September 2021. With the acquisition of the company by SCGP at the end of 2023, she has played a key role in the successful integration of Law Print into the Asian-based manufacturing group and continues to lead a team of dedicated and highly committed staff under the new ownership.
Sales & Marketing Team
Gavin joined us in September 2022, having come from a design and printing background. He is managing large established accounts, as well as over-viewing the whole Sales function, ensuring that internal processes are followed and improved.
In November 2023, Lizzie joined Law Print as Sales Account Manager, from a different role within the packaging industry. With a great sense of customer service and already a strong set of commercial skills, she is looking after some of our house accounts and will develop new sectors and territories.
Tate has joined us in April 2024 as Sales Account Manager and taken over the management of some house accounts. With proven experience in project management at an international level, he will also be looking into new opportunities for existing and potential sectors in the UK and overseas. Tate speaks Welsh fluently.
In August, Irene (pronounce Irena!) has joined our team as our new Sales Account Manager and will be taking on UK house accounts but also explore new opportunities in Europe. Coming from the printed textile industry and dealing with international supply chain, she is bringing a wealth of experience to help us reach out new markets. Irene is a German native.
Sarah joined us in July 2020 with broad experience in social media, graphic design and photography. She oversees and maintains our social presence and website by producing and posting regular content and updates. We like her creativity and skills to develop fantastic visuals.
Sales & Supply Chain Support Team
Jennifer Rothwell
Currently on maternity leave.
Having joined as a Sales Support Co-ordinator in February 2017, Jen assists the sales team on key accounts and liaises with all customers to provide daily updates on their projects. With strong organisational skills, she ensures that we offer our existing and new customers a continuous high level of service at all times.
Hayley Kan-Hai
Hayley joined us in October 2022 as Sales Support Co-ordinator. However, she also gives support to the whole team, providing a link between our Finance, Logistics and Quality functions. With a very calm and personable approach, she ensures that our customers are kept informed at all times.
Jade Fletcher
Having initially joined us in the sales support team, Jade is now taking over the role of Supply Chain Co-ordinator, ensuring that all production and logistics tasks are being completed in due time. With a great understanding of the sales activity and being customer focused, she will guarantee that all deliveries arrive when and where the goods are expected.
Operations & Finance Team
Samantha Gill
After introducing the buying function to the company structure in September 2015, Samantha joined the team in January 2020 as our new Purchasing Manager to look after all our procurement requirements from liaising and improving efficiency with our suppliers to offering further competitiveness to our customers. From a rigid packaging background, Sam has brought new skills to the role and a fresh outlook on our supply chain.
Sarah Hall
Back from her travels, Sarah re-joined the Law Print team in May 2017 as our Logistics Co-ordinator. She is now our Supply Chain Manager and ensures that all our customers’ orders are delivered smoothly and on time in the UK or overseas. Sarah not only brings her previous knowledge of this busy fast-paced role but also her experience of the world through travelling.
Paul Booth
Having joined the team in November 2020, Paul took over the QA role just on time to renew our BRC accreditation. From a printing background managing a busy factory and having moved over from South Africa, he ensures all quality-related activities by liaising with the factories overseas and answering queries from customers globally.
James Conaghan
James has joined the Law Print team in January 2023 as our new in-house Office Accountant to support the Finance Department. This allowed us to ensure full control of the accounting requirements we had as a growing business. Now our Finance Manager, James is in charge of all financial tasks for the company and reporting to the SCGP group.
Wellness Team
Dora
Dora is our full-time office companion. She likes to check on staff throughout the day, offering snuggles and belly rubs to keep morale high. During her well-earned breaks, she enjoys chewing on treats and long lunchtime walks.
