We are thrilled to announce that we’ve been awarded the BRCGS’s highest grade following an extensive audit against its Agents & Brokers Issue 3 certification. This is the 7th year in a row that we have retained the top grade.
Law Print & Packaging Management was established in 2004 and, since then, we have supplied high-quality flexible packaging to a vast array of industries, including pet food and sports nutrition.
We’ve always been proud of the products we provide our clients. For Law Print, being awarded the AA grade following the audit on 31st October further validates our hard work.
What is the BRC Global Standard?
The BRC Global Standard for Agents & Brokers provides a framework for managing product safety, quality and legality for non-manufacturing businesses in the food and packaging industries.
These types of organisations (agents and brokers) are critical in the food/food packaging supply chain. In addition, they are responsible for maintaining an effective chain of traceability and influencing supplier product safety and quality standards.
What are the requirements to achieve BRCGS Certification?
The key areas that the BRC Agents & Brokers Standard (Issue 3) assess are:
- Senior management’s commitment to continual improvement
- Hazard and risk assessment
- Product safety and quality management system
- Supplier and subcontracted service management
- Personnel
Not many maintain this standard
The accreditation provides customers with increased confidence in the products we supply. You need to know you can trust your packaging supplier, especially when it comes to food-grade products. Above all, we are one of only a few UK companies to maintain a BRC-certified supply chain from source to delivery.
